At Siplo, every cocktail starts with carefully selected ingredients and a commitment to doing things the right way.
We source premium molasses, agave, and rice, then partner with a local California micro-distillery to craft our custom base spirits. By producing our own Agave Shochu, Molasses Shochu, and Rice Shochu, we have complete control over the flavor profile of every cocktail we create.
Each collection begins with its own unique foundation:
· Marg-a-licious is crafted with our custom Agave Shochu.
· Daq-a-licious is made with Molasses Shochu.
· Punch-a-licious begins with Rice Shochu.
From there, we keep things simple.
Every batch is made with freshly squeezed lemons and limes, never pre-made citrus mixes. We sweeten our cocktails with real cane sugar, prepared as a classic simple syrup, because that's how great cocktails have always been made.
No artificial sweeteners. No shortcuts. Just thoughtfully selected ingredients that let every flavor shine.
The final step is what makes Siplo truly unique.
Each cocktail is naturally clarified using a traditional milk clarification process. During clarification, compounds from the citrus, sugars, and spirits are gently removed, creating an exceptionally smooth, crystal-clear cocktail while preserving its vibrant flavor and character.
The result is a cocktail that's bright, balanced, refreshing, and unlike anything you've experienced from a ready-to-drink can.
